The biggest success was creating Social Selling University. It was an amazing project where I was able to build a community of sales people that wanted to learn more about how to use social media applications like LinkedIn and Twitter for sales. I managed the Marketing Dept with a focus on activities of inbound lead generation, social media strategy, content marketing, corporate branding and customer lifecycle marketing to achieve market leadership, revenue goals and supporting the companies up-sell and cross-sell initiatives.
