One of the greatest uses of Twitter is the ability to ask questions to a large group of people and get almost immediate gratification from responses. 

I was looking for an app that I could use to manage all of my random and very long and random (security first) passwords. Not only did I get a great number of helpful responses, I got the added benefit of being engaged by a company (social businesses ROCK) and it made my decision that much easier.
