When looking for products or services I go to social media. Mainly to get feedback from my network but I am ALWAYS impressed when brands are listening and engaged.
I recently was trying to find a webcast / conference call solution and what I got in responses surprised me. Not only did the brands I mentioned get involved but other brands got into the conversation and even some advocates for the products. These are some of the responses on Twitter but there were similar responses on Facebook and LinkedIn.
I ❤️ brands that use social to be social and not just broadcasting. Huge kudos to all of you! Thanks for helping me in the buying process.
