I can’t believe that it is almost September already. This year seems to be moving faster than my Comcast internet. I’ve been trying to post as much as I can to the site. It’s still strange to me that some of the most obscure posts I have get the most traffic. June was by far the highest it has ever been with over 97,000 visitors and July it dropped off to about 35,000. I don’t know what other sites get but considering I was averaging about 4,000 prior to June, it’s nice to see some new people paying attention to my site.

I’ve been putting some extra work into the other sites I manage to clean them up and add new content. I’ve also started building on some domains that had been just collecting dust since I bought the several months ago. Using the formula I have started developing on this site to get traffic to them has been working very well. Nothing as explosive as kokasexton.com but since I was starting from scratch getting a few hundred new visitors and RSS subscriptions makes me think I am getting the hang of this on some level.

I have been consumed to a point with Baby Sexton. We found out recently that we’ll be having a boy and that’s exciting. I really would have been happy either way and honestly I was sure it was going to be a girl. when we got the news I went into a state of shock but I’m over it now. When it all boils down to it I am just hoping he’s healthy and we are good parents.

Since I’ve added some new posts I thought it would be time for a Koka update as well. Thanks again for reading the site and making comments.
