Like most people, I am a huge fan of Google. I use their calendar, docs and email on a very regular basis. I was doing my daily surf and stopped by a great site ShoeMoney today and saw that he made a decent write up of advanced Google searches.

If you don’t know ShoeMoney and you have any interest in SEO and other online monetization tips, you should definitely check out his site. He updates very regularly and has a wealth of information in the field. Sure, he’s bald but we don’t hold that against him.

Lets say your a company and want to see how many times your brand was mentioned in the last week:

http://www.google.com/search?q=shoemoney&as_qdr=w

Breaking down the string q= what we are looking for and as_qdr= times to look for (d=day w=week m=month).
