Welcome to my domain. Focusing on social media and new marketing techniques I’ll write about technology blogging and other geek news.
I have a creative side that rarely gets out and starting a blog was my way of expressing it. Writing clears my head and gives me an outlet to give my opinion on topics that interest me. I enjoy web design and have put together several websites and blogs that are still active. Besides writing and web design I have a talent for making money. Professionally I do this for companies by building revenue streams through new channels.
I started seriously writing when I was in the Army and stationed in places like the Balkans and Iraq. Writing about my experiences was a great source of therapy to get the stories and events of my time out of me and share with my family and friends. But with the internet these things are available to the world and I was eventually noticed by news agencies that were looking for information from troops on the ground. There was talk of a book when I returned, but I had to get back to earning a paycheck and that has been put on hold.
I love technology. I feel blessed that I am growing up in a time where so much innovation is being made. I work in high-tech and have focused on the software industry for the past 10 years. You can look at my LinkedIn profile for more on that. Over all, I am just a geek with a mind for business.
