Day 1 Web2.0

Everything seems to be good. I guess most of the time has been setting things up, but that’s supposed to be the hard part right? I only obstical I have come across is finding a decent web app for html. Good thing I know the basics and I can just code the page myself, but Frontpage was my friend. I’m sure there are a few out there, i just have to look for them. Maybe Google has one worth using.

I came across a nice tool called WebMail that can consolidate Hotmail, Yahoo mail and a few others into Thunderbird. I’ll have a separate post about this email application. It’s only been a day and I already know this is better than Outlook. It’s even better since it’s free.

I guess this week will be the test. I am going to see how much I can get done in the office with my new adventure. Maybe the joy of having an espresso machine in the breakroom will keep my mind on track. Ya…probably not, but I like to think it will
