I made a Channel Sales Playbook

Many of you know that I manage a few different sites. One of them that I spend a good deal of time on is SOCOM Sales. I started it early in my sales career to write down tips and information that has helped me throughout my career.

I recently spent any free time I had (about an hour at night before sleepy time) putting together a Channel Sales Playbook for sales people and Channel Executives. I’ve been in channel sales for most of my professional life. Most recently working for Acronis. (You can click on their logo in the right margin. This is my first attempt at offering a download eBook on any of my sites, so I guess I’ll wait to see how it turns out.

I really lagged on this project just out of a lack of motivation but now that I have finished it, I want to write a few more around other areas of business. It was rewarding to complete and see that it’s actually getting downloaded. I may put one together for this site more focused on a piece of technology. I don’t know yet.
