A moment to relax

I have been looking forward to this weekend. It’s almost the end of the month and that always seems to bring up the stress on a sales person. I’m doing alright, I have already brought in twice as much as I did last month, but I am not ‘there’ yet. I hate the ramping period but it comes with the trade and I’ll be fine. Just make it through this month and I can start the process all over again in March.

I think that having a couple of days with nothing pressing to do was needed. I haven’t been sitting around in my slippers all day but almost.

This morning we took Lola (The bean dog) to the dog park. I have never been to a dog park before so I thought it would be an interesting experience. It was. Lola was almost immediately violated by another dog but I and the other dog owner stepped in. After several minutes of Lola being timid she opened up and started running around. I think I am too protective over the dog. Who would have thought that I would become a softy over a dog and a small dog at that.

It’s tax season and now we have a CPA that is doing the paperwork for us and we met with him today too. I hate tax season, so it’s good to have someone else taking care of it. Nice guy, he used to be an MP in the Army too.

Tomorrow are the Oscars. No I don’t care, but I’ll have the house to myself for a few hours while the girls do their thing. I’ll play some BattleField 2 and work on the new websites. I have been doing a lot of work on the other sites recently and started building a website for a friend’s company. I don’t know what’s going to transpire with the other domains, but I have a plan.

So I’m sure that I’ll keep myself busy.
